1.⁠ ⁠Order Cancellation
•⁠  ⁠Orders can be canceled 7 days or more in advance for a full refund.
•⁠  ⁠Cancellations made 3–6 days before pickup will receive a 50% refund.
•⁠  ⁠Cancellations made less than 72 hours before pickup are non-refundable.


2.⁠ ⁠Prepayment
•⁠  ⁠Prepayment confirms your order and reserves the date.
•⁠  ⁠In case of cancellation, the prepayment is non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the pickup date.


3.⁠ ⁠No-Show
•⁠  ⁠Finished products are kept for up to 24 hours after the scheduled pickup time.
•⁠  ⁠After that, we are not responsible for their storage and no refunds will be issued.


4.⁠ ⁠Returns After Pickup
•⁠  ⁠Claims regarding appearance, order accuracy, or quality must be made on the day of pickup.
•⁠  ⁠Photo/video evidence is required.
•⁠  ⁠Refunds will not be issued if:
– the product has been partially or fully consumed,
– the taste or texture does not meet personal preference but the product meets the recipe standard.


5.⁠ ⁠Allergens
•⁠  ⁠Our products are made with ingredients that may contain nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs.
•⁠  ⁠Despite all precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergen traces.


6.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure
•⁠  ⁠In case of unforeseen circumstances (power outages, illness, weather conditions, etc.), we reserve the right to:
•⁠  ⁠Reschedule the order,
•⁠  ⁠Refund part or all of the payment,
•⁠  ⁠Offer an alternative solution.
