1. Order Cancellation
• Orders can be canceled 7 days or more in advance for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before pickup will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
2. Prepayment
• Prepayment confirms your order and reserves the date.
• In case of cancellation, the prepayment is non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the pickup date.
3. No-Show
• Finished products are kept for up to 24 hours after the scheduled pickup time.
• After that, we are not responsible for their storage and no refunds will be issued.
4. Returns After Pickup
• Claims regarding appearance, order accuracy, or quality must be made on the day of pickup.
• Photo/video evidence is required.
• Refunds will not be issued if:
– the product has been partially or fully consumed,
– the taste or texture does not meet personal preference but the product meets the recipe standard.
5. Allergens
• Our products are made with ingredients that may contain nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs.
• Despite all precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergen traces.
6. Force Majeure
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (power outages, illness, weather conditions, etc.), we reserve the right to:
• Reschedule the order,
• Refund part or all of the payment,
• Offer an alternative solution.
